You have 7 days to determine if our product is the right fit for you. If not, simply return it to us, and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Conditions to be eligible for our "Satisfaction or Refund" policy:

• The product must be in its original condition (even if used, it must not have visible or hidden damage, the box must be in good condition, and all accessories must be present and intact).
• The return request must be submitted through the form within 7 days of receiving the product.

Important Information

The shipping process is under the customer's full responsibility until the package is received at our warehouse. If the product is damaged during transport, Airock.it will notify the customer within one business day after receiving the item. The customer must then file a claim with their chosen courier to obtain reimbursement for the product's value (if insured).

In case of transport damage, the product will be returned to the customer (shipping costs at their expense), and the withdrawal request will be canceled.
