TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale concern the purchase of products made at a distance via the telematic network on the website www.airock.it in the E-commerce section owned by IKON S.r.l.s.
Such purchases are reserved for direct consumers, merchants, wholesalers, resellers, and professionals.
Each purchase operation will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99, Legislative Decree 206/05; information related to the conclusion of the contract will be subject to Article 12 of Legislative Decree 70/03, and for the protection of privacy, it will be subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/03.
Pursuant to the new guidelines of the Ministry of Health of March 28, 2013, concerning the advertising of medical devices, in vitro diagnostic medical devices, medical-surgical products, and electromechanical equipment, it is specified that the contents related to these items (texts, images, photos, drawings, attachments, and others) are not intended as healthcare advertising.
All content must be understood and is exclusively informative, aimed solely at making potential or actual professionals aware of the general characteristics of the products for sale online on the airock.it website, which disclaims any responsibility for discrepancies in illustrative images due to any changes made by the manufacturers.
These general conditions take effect from the date of acceptance by the customer on the website, which serves as acceptance pursuant to Article 1341 of the Civil Code.
IKON S.r.l.s reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time by publishing them on the website.

ORDER DEFINITIONS
Sales Services:
By submitting the order online, the customer sends a purchase proposal for the product(s) added to the cart. When the customer places an online order for the products in the cart, they agree to purchase them at the price and terms indicated in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
airock.it will notify the customer of the acceptance and confirmation of the order.
Orders will not be accepted if:
- The delivery address is not in Europe;
- The customer cannot or does not wish to accept the available payment methods;
- The customer has not registered on the website.
- Orders can only be placed exclusively through the website www.airock.it at the prices and conditions indicated therein.
CUSTOMER CONDITIONS
The customer, before submitting the order, must review and accept the general terms and conditions of sale.
The customer agrees to print and keep the various stages of the purchasing process as confirmation of the procedure to fully satisfy the conditions set out in Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 and Article 12, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 70/03.
PRICES
The prices listed are in euros, including VAT, and may change without prior notice by airock.it.
The listed price for products does not include shipping costs.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be processed on the same day and delivered within 24/48 hours, subject to stock availability. If not, airock.it will ship the products in parts, and the subsequent shipment will be made at no cost.
INCORRECTLY SHIPPED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The return of such goods must be authorized by airock.it and must occur strictly within 8 days from receipt of the goods. The products will be replaced at no cost, with our couriers.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
If the customer decides to postpone delivery or refuses the shipped goods, airock.it will charge a €30 fee via invoice for the opening of the case and shipping costs incurred by the company.
Please note that if the courier does not find anyone at the delivery address on the first attempt, they will leave a notice informing the customer that they will attempt delivery again the following day at no additional cost.
INSURANCE
Although the goods are shipped at the customer's risk, all shipments are covered by insurance, with a premium of €1.00 per kilogram.
It is highly recommended that if the goods have a value greater than the net weight, the customer opt for insurance worth €4.00, which covers up to €1500. The company recommends insuring all products labeled "FRAGILE!" in the main description for €4.00.
Upon receiving the package, the customer should check for any external signs of damage or tampering; if any are found, they should accept the goods with "Reserving Control". Only in this case will the insurance company recognize the damage or any shortages.
Always communicate any disputes in writing to our offices. If the goods are not insured, they are shipped at the customer's responsibility, and the company is exempt from any responsibility if the goods are damaged.
WARRANTY
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover products that have been tampered with, repaired by third parties, or used in a manner not in accordance with the intended use.
OFFERS
The conditions of each product offer are those shown on the online catalog during the order process, before the contract is concluded. Except for orders already in progress, airock.it reserves the right to update the offer conditions at any time and without notice.
ASSISTANCE
Products sold via the site are covered by the so-called Commercial Warranty (OUT-SIDE), which is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the sold goods. airock.it ensures that the customer receives the necessary support for assistance in the shortest time possible, informing the customer of the manufacturer’s contact numbers and the warranty period for each brand and model.
Support can be provided via email at ordini@ikonsrls.it. The customer must always provide a copy of the invoice and the shipping document proving the delivery date of the goods received.
Each operation is protected by Legislative Decree No. 24 of February 2, 2002.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or does not enter a VAT reference in the order form), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without penalty.
The right of withdrawal is governed by current legislation on "electronic commerce" and is recognized by airock.it for final users within 14 working days from the delivery date of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the final user must initially contact airock.it via email at ordini@ikonsrls.it and follow the provided instructions; name, surname, delivery address, phone number, invoice number, and type and model of the purchased goods must be included. The withdrawal notice must then be sent via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to IKON S.r.l.s, VIA ENRICO MATTEI 13/19 60027 OSIMO (AN) ITALY, or via email at ikonsrls@pec.it.
airock.it will refund the customer the cost of the goods, provided they are returned at the customer's expense after verifying the condition of the goods.
The goods must be returned to airock.it intact, in the original unopened and undamaged packaging, including any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc. Failure to comply with any of these conditions will result in the non-refund of the amount paid.
Shipping, until the goods are received at our warehouse, is the customer’s responsibility. In case of damage during transport, airock.it will notify the customer immediately (within the following working day) to allow them to file a claim with the courier.
airock.it is not responsible for damages or theft/loss of goods returned without insurance.
The customer must promptly provide their bank details for the refund (IBAN code – bank account holder of the invoice).
If the right of withdrawal expires, airock.it will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping fees.
COMPLAINTS
For any complaints or clarifications, the customer must contact the email address ordini@ikonsrls.it
The customer will be contacted for clarification within five (5) working days from the request.
It is at IKON's discretion, in case of complaints or if the customer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, to offer the customer a shopping voucher. The voucher must be used within three (3) months from the date of receipt.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract between the customer and airock.it is concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law.
For any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, or execution of the contract, the territorial jurisdiction lies with the judge of the customer's residence, domicile, or the seller's registered office.
LEGAL NOTES
Since the website can be accessed from all countries in the world and each country has its own laws, by accessing this website, the user agrees that the laws and regulations of the Italian state apply to any issues related to the use of this website.
For any dispute, the jurisdiction will be in Ancona.
airock.it is not responsible for damages caused by third-party software or by interruptions or technical failures of the servers or internet network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
IKON S.r.l.s. will not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or non-use of the products purchased, nor for damages arising from errors in printing, inaccuracies, or variations regarding the products and their prices, nor for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of the products themselves.
IKON S.r.l.s.'s liability is, however, limited to the value of the purchased product.
FORCE MAJEURE
IKON S.r.l.s. will not be responsible for failing to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure, which includes events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, disruptions or failures of transportation or communication services, as well as any other cause beyond IKON S.r.l.s.'s direct control.
PRIVACY POLICY
IKON S.r.l.s. protects the privacy of its customers by collecting and processing personal data solely for the purposes related to the execution of sales contracts and to improve the service provided. The personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with the applicable legislation on data protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the website www.airock.it, including texts, images, logos, trademarks, and graphics, is the property of IKON S.r.l.s. or the respective right holders. It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content without the explicit consent of IKON S.r.l.s.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The sales contract between the customer and IKON S.r.l.s. is governed by Italian law. For any disputes related to the validity, interpretation, and application of these terms and conditions, the competent court will be the one in Ancona, Italy.
CHANGES AND UPDATES
IKON S.r.l.s. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by posting the changes on the website www.airock.it. It is the customer's responsibility to periodically check for these changes.
